What to expect at your first appointment

Your first visit is a consultation, not a treatment. Dr Soheila Eskandari will assess your concern, examine the relevant area, take standardised photographs where useful, and explain what a treatment can and cannot achieve for you specifically — including when a treatment is not the right choice.

You will be given a clear plan, the cost, and the aftercare involved before anything is agreed. In many cases treatment can be carried out on the same day; in others, a preparation period is recommended first.

Practical details

  • Duration: allow 30 to 45 minutes for a first consultation.
  • Location: Riviera Clinic, Villa 956, Al Wasl Road, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai. On-street parking is available directly outside.
  • Opening hours: 7 days a week, 11:00 to 20:00.
  • What to bring: a list of any medications and supplements you take, details of any previous injectable treatments including approximate dates, and your Emirates ID.
  • Before you come: arrive without makeup on the area of concern where possible, and avoid alcohol for 24 hours if you are considering an injectable treatment the same day.
  • Rescheduling: please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel, so the slot can be offered to another patient.

For urgent concerns following a treatment — severe pain, blanching of the skin, a mottled purple pattern, or any change in vision — contact the clinic immediately rather than booking through this form.
